It's time to hack the system! Did you know you can play games through both Instagram stories and profiles? Instagram games are quirky thumbstoppers that create great awareness for your brand.

One of our current interns is April Dokpesi who came over from Nigeria to do our Digital Storytelling Postgraduate at KASK. April is a graphic designer/videomaker and pointed out that Nigeria is currently overflowing with young talented digital creatives. We are always curious about what is going on in other parts of the world, so we asked her to select 5 of the most influential Nigerian photographers on Instagram.

Meet Khaël Touag, a 30-year-old freelance director from Brussels, with whom we frequently collaborate at Chase Creative. He left his PhD program in media studies to pursue a career in filmmaking. Khaël Touag was one of the first graduates of the REC Academy, the precursor to Chase’s postgraduate program in Digital Storytelling at KASK School of Arts.

Nina Maat from Antwerp Circular is organizing Antwerp Fashion Exchange on March 31: Antwerp’s clothing swap event. Through this event, she hopes to find new owners for many old clothes. This Environmental Sciences student is passionate about fashion, ecology, and the circular economy, and hopes to share this passion through her organization, Antwerp Circular.

Meet Yasmine Ibrehg, a young woman from Antwerp with Moroccan roots who blogs about beauty, fashion, and body positivity. She describes herself as curvy and loves her body in every way possible!

Trudy Kazangu is passionate about photography because she believes images speak louder than words. She has been part of the Chase team for a few years now, and with her interest in fashion and urban music, we can count on her for seasonal fashion updates and festival reports. 2019 is the year she wants to excel at everything.

Jennifer Kesteleyn has been working as a photographer at Chase since the summer of 2017. In 2018, Jennifer decided to work full-time as a photographer and focus on developing her own style and direction in photography.

Yaell has been working as a fashion and music journalist—in short, an urban creator—at Chase since the summer of 2018. She is a self-proclaimed streetwear and sneaker expert, active on social media and in online magazines. She attended Paris Fashion Week on her own and has already interviewed artists such as Roy Woods and SMIB.

These days, anyone can be a blogger. As long as you have internet access and a laptop, tablet, or even a smartphone, you’re all set. This makes blogging a very accessible way to share your stories and interests with the world, but unfortunately, it also means your feed gets flooded with blogs.
