
The challenge
Tenways asked us to bring their EU City Tour and the introduction of their e-bikes in the Netherlands and Belgium to life via social media. The goal: increase brand awareness, reach new audiences and create real community buzz.

Our approach
We activated our Chase Community of creators and our network in the Netherlands and selected 26 ambassadors who perfectly matched Tenways' DNA and needs. We focused on:
- Data-driven selection: we chose ambassadors whose hometown and age perfectly matched the target audience Tenways wanted to reach.
- Authentic storytelling: creators who became real fans of their Tenways e-bike and spontaneously shared this with their community.
- Local relevance: content that tapped into the daily lives of Dutch and Belgian cyclists – from practical tips to sustainable lifestyle stories.
- Events with social buzz: we enhanced live activations (test rides, games and more) with creative Instagram Reels and TikToks that generated thousands of views.
- Continuous monitoring: all content was tracked so we could continuously provide Tenways with up-to-date campaign insights.

For the Dutch part of this influencer campaign, we worked with Folkert, among others, who reached 111,600 views with the above reel about his visit to the Tenways city tour in Amsterdam.
The result
- This influencer campaign achieved over 3.6 million views, well above the initial target of 3 million.
- In total, more than 100 Reels and TikTok videos and 220 Instagram Stories were published.
- Creators themselves went above and beyond: enthusiastic reviews, organic content outside the contractual cooperation, some even convinced their partners and family members to buy a Tenways. Real ambassadors!
- The storytelling around sustainability, design and driving pleasure created a high engagement rate and positive brand associations.
Why this works
The power lies in bringing community and content together. By using creators not as "advertising boards" but as true ambassadors, their enthusiasm becomes credible and contagious. This way Tenways becomes not only visible, but also loved.

- Invest in long-term relationships with creators and influencers: this is how you build true brand ambassadors.
- Connect online and offline: events get extra impact when the buzz is spread by creators.
- Choose authentic content over slick ads: credibility always wins.
