Hi Yasmine Ibrehg, for those who don't know you, how do you describe yourself in 3 words?
Creative, controlling and curvy of course!
You are a role model for many young women. Do you have someone who is your biggest inspiration and why does this person inspire you so much?
Sounds very cliché, but it's my mother. She always told me to stay true to myself and be proud of who I am and who I am becoming, because she herself is immensely proud of me.

What is your favorite everyday outfit?
Definitely a good pair of jeans. From mom jeans to girlfriend jeans to skinny jeans. Any type of jeans that finally fit me! I love wearing my Fox Factor jeans because they fit AWESOME and don't create an opening around my waist. With a nice top or shirt, blouse in satin or with a little bit of lace comes a feminine touch to my outfit. One of my favorite tops is a satin black one from H&M. Since we live in Belgium, I can't leave the house without a coat or something. I love to complete my outfit with a blazer (usually they are thrifty because I love myself a good oversized vintage blazer). For shoes, I would go for a pair of sturdy sneakers. Like my Balenciaga ones or my Dr Martens boots, again to make the outfit tougher.
What is your most favorite Belgian sustainable fashion brand and why?
Honestly, I don't know of any Belgian sustainable fashion brands that fit my size. But the brands I do like that are Belgian are Fox Factorjeansand Xandres Gold. Besides those Belgian brands, I do like Weekday's sustainable line.

Do you think there is a need for more body positivity on social media, fashion shows and within some brands?
I think we are on the right track with this. I see a lot more brands encouraging plus size and curvy fashion. They have probably just realized that there is a market for it and that we plus size girls with curves want to look good too! Of course, there is always room for improvement. But I do think we are more represented than a few years ago.
Do you feel that more brands want to work with you?
SURE! Brands never wanted to work with a plus size/curvy blogger or influencer before. But now that the whole industry is changing, they are more willing to pick a curvy/plus size influencer.
What advice can you give to people who struggle with their self-confidence. To people who feel they are overweight because of society, catwalks, Instagram and so on?
It's always difficult, because I'll be honest. I still struggle with my self-confidence sometimes. But you know what, that's fine! Just know to pick yourself up after a good crying session haha. Because you are just as beautiful as everyone else, but in your own way!

What do you like most about your body?
Guess how my body is shaped? I am pear shaped and I just love that I have wider hips and a smaller waist with long legs!
