BIB enlisted Chase's help to update their social media branding and styling. Since January 2022, we have completely revamped BAVET's TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts and created engaging, relaxing, and informative content for each platform. We plan and produce all of this in collaboration with the Bavet team and their advertising and PR partners.

Challenge
- Find ways to showcase the Bavet brand in an authentic and inclusive way and to reach a broad audience, including families with children, busy professionals, and young people.
- Developing a fresh visual style, effective content formats, and a tailored tone of voice that sets BAVET apart.
- Successfully launching a BAVET TikTok channel.
- Developing a social media strategy tailored to Bavet’s brand, creating content formats, producing content, and managing social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Developing campaign ideas to help launch new BAVET projects and events.
- Engagement: building an online community for spaghetti lovers across various social media platforms and in both parts of Belgium.

Outcome
BAVET is hot spaghetti and more. It’s an experience and a lifestyle that extends beyond the restaurant and offers much more than just a place to grab a quick bite. It’s a Bavet community of spaghetti lovers who take pride in their refined taste and want to further enhance their social media experiences.
On TikTok, we garnered over 2.5 million organic views in a single year. We’re hungry for more. Another reason to celebrate is the opening of the Bavet branch in Ostend. Following a successful launch based on the campaign concept we developed, the restaurant remained the most popular spot for six months. Sun, sea, beach, and spaghetti? Absolutely.
We are also fully committed to Instagram and Facebook. Thanks to the Bavet team (aka “The Baveteers”), we let our creativity run wild and regularly film both inside and outside the restaurant to put the Bavet team in the spotlight. For example, we also focus on employer branding across our social media channels. We make sure the food is often in the spotlight and that the Bavet team certainly doesn’t get overlooked.
